If you are an adult in NH you currently do not have to wear a seatbelt or a helmet in our state, or carry any insurance if you own your vehicle. After seeing what Ive seen working in the ER I personally think its dangerous. We have conservation plates. Which is kind of cool. They have a picture of a Moose on them. After checking Michigan's Secretary of State website I can proudly say we offer no such plate here. And personalized plates are mailed from Lansing within three weeks. Oh for heaven’s sake.
