Haha. You kill me Karrie. It’s only 37 (short) posts. YouTube will hardly know you were gone
Just wash the lipstick off your collar.

Ok, wait. I thought this was a comment on my Old Family Blog stuff. Now I’m lost.

A new bloggy thing for me to abuse. I often want to tell the intarwebs random things that do not quite amount to a full post.

Ah! You might have to self-host to get asides.

I own oneweirdmother.com, and bought CSS rights awhile back. Just have to get back up to speed on that stuff. You know. In my spare time.

One low friction way to do it would be to use del.icio.us and an RSS sidebar.
If you want any help/advice on self-hosting, it’s pretty cake. I doubt you need help or advice though, just time. Fedex Max to me for a weekend. I’ll ship him back

We read Shel Silverstein all the time. At least every couple days. Where the Sidewalk Ends is one of my faves. I’m thinking about getting a Shel Silverstein tattoo. Bine: Be sure and check out “Falling Up” and “A Light in the Attic” too.

Okay… H was born with triangle toenails as well. She had to have one of her big toenails fixed this summer. I will have to let her know that she has this in common with another little girl. She will feel better I am sure.
Oh btw I wrote up this really nice long comment for your walks on the beach post and I lost it TWICE because I kept forgetting to answer your question! HMPFT!

Kassie - foobar! You should be able to use the back button if you forget to answer the math question. I’m really sorry about that. I hope you get the chance to write it up again - I’d be really interested to hear what you have to say.

I saw all of these comments and thought the pulsate olympics were in full swing. Instead I find… “Doodlesnickie!?!!” You guys crack me up. BTW Jase, you misspelled fubar–you know it’s an acronym for “Fu..d up beyond all recognition,” right?
Now I’m correcting the spelling of curses. Good grief.

Kassie - sorry about the back button and thanks for being patient with the math thing. It’s done a really good job of keeping the spam away. I had a TON of spam before I installed it.
Missy - Well at least Kassie spelled Doodlesnickie correctly!
In computer lingo, we use foobar for some reason. ‘foo’ and ‘bar’ (and their brethren, ‘baz’ and ‘quux’) are the classic metasyntactic variables - you name your variables this when you can’t think of what else to call them. I’ll but my inner geek back in its cage now
I think fubar comes from the military and has the F..’ed up connotation.

Do write up that comment again if you have time, Kassie. I’d be pretty interested.
